The Very Beginning
Idea of formation of “The Wealth Finder” came into existence when one of the friends of our Founder approached him for his help for recovery of shares from IEPF which belonged to his father and these shares at that time were worth more than INR 10 lakhs. We agreed to assist him with his IEPF claims and just with the basic details of shareholder and his family, we investigated to check if there were any more shares or not, and were pleasantly surprised to know that he along with his other family members were holding shares in 5 different companies and value of those shares was more than INR 3 crores. How We Operate
Our team comprising high performing and experienced professionals provides consultancy services for the refund of shares and unclaimed dividends from the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. We take up the complete process and handle all the procedures and documentation that are needed for the recovery of your shares and investments from the IEPF Authority along with the matters of transmission, name change, signature mismatch, address change, death of joint shareholder, loss of share certificate, etc.

We take care of all the communications with the company /RTA/IEPF Authority and any other intermediaries.
We take care of all the processes and documentation except following as these have to be taken care by you “the client”
- FIR for loss of share certificates
- Succession certificate / legal heir certificate/letter of administration or Probate of will (taken care of by you although we will be there to assist you in all steps or you may delegate this assignment to us with an additional service change)
- Surety if required for loss of share certificates
Other than the above everything will be taken care of by us and the completed documents will be sent to you for your signatures.
The IEPF Claim process will take a period of few months once all the documents are received from your end.’
We charge a very competitive fee as the success fee only after you receive your shares. We don’t charge upfront fee but we take a nominal amount as client engagement fees (depending upon the process and valuation) the same is adjustable in the final bill. Once we get the confirmation from your end, we will provide you with the mandate form (agreement) to start the recovery process.
